I often quote data from other sources such as ARMLS and the Cromford Report, as well as provide knowledge and experience from working in the field. I keep up to date with the political and housing issues both in Arizona and with the Federal Government to provide my client's with current housing information which may impact their real estate decisions.
From a Canadian perspective, I keep current with the exchange rates, banks, builders and lenders who are providing loans to foreign nationals.
